At the start of these contracts we increase the level of supervision on site. This means the cleaners are supported in their role to provide the very highest level of service. Once the contract has been in place for a while and the customer and cleaners are satisfied with the service then we reduce the level of on-site supervision to our standard level. This additional support is essential to get the contract underway smoothly and can always be increased again if required.
Where necessary we can ensure all of the cleaners have vaccinations against Hepatitis B.
